At Coat & Comb, every appointment is tailored around your dog. From quick freshen-ups to complete styling, there’s something here for every kind of dog & owner! My aim is simple, to make every dog look and feel their best, with a calm, positive grooming experience from start to finish.
Bath & Blow Dry
Bath & Blow Dry is a straight forward clean-up service for dogs who don’t need a full groom. Each appointment includes a thorough double shampoo wash to leave the coat fresh and clean, followed by a warm blow dry so they go home dry and comfortable. It’s ideal after muddy walks, before a special occasion, or whenever your dog needs a proper spruce-up.
Full Groom
A full groom is our complete service, covering everything your dog needs to look and feel their best. Each appointment includes a double shampoo wash, luxury facial, and warm blow dry, followed by a full coat brush-through, styling or clipping to suit your dog’s breed and lifestyle, and tidy-up work on the face, feet and hygiene areas. Nails are clipped and ears are cleaned as standard. Every full groom is tailored to your dog, whether you prefer a breed-standard cut or a more practical pet trim
Hand Stripping
Hand Stripping is a specialist grooming technique for wire-coated breeds, where the dead coat is removed by hand rather than clipped. This maintains the coat’s natural texture, colour, and condition, while supporting healthy skin. This service is carried out over two appointments: the first for the hand strip itself, and the second within 7 days for a follow-up bath and blow dry. Nail trimming and ear cleaning are also included.
Puppy Package
Our puppy package is designed to gently introduce your puppy to grooming over four weekly sessions. Each week they’ll build confidence with different parts of the process, starting with a bath & blow dry, then moving onto combing, nail trimming and tidy-ups of the face and hygiene areas before progressing to a full groom. The final session is a complete groom tailored to your puppy. Throughout the package we’ll also share advice on coat care, brushing, and helping your pup feel comfortable with grooming for life!
